Accepting a short-notice UFC opportunity after appearing on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series can mark the beginning of something special. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to an alpine solider of staunchness looking to snipe targets with his sheer stealth as the welterweight division searches for new blood to infuse. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2013 and representing Kill Cliff FC, Ange Loosa holds a 9-3 record in 12 contests comprised of five knockouts, three decisions and one submission. Loosa appeared on week three as part of the fifth season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2021 and has finished six out of his nine overall victories over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter. He fought for various organizations including Titan Fighting Championship prior to debuting with the UFC at UFC On ESPN 34 in April 2022. Loosa is 1-1 with the UFC.

In his MMA debut, he defeated Sultan Visaev via technical knockout in round one. Loosa also defeated his next two opponents in Ahmed Arabdji and Malick Sylla. Then at Lions FC 6 the return, he defeated Declan Larkin via TKO in the first round. Loosa also defeated Bawanby Dore via technical knockout in round one at SHC 11. He defeated Rustam Khasanov via TKO in the first round. Loosa defeated Collin Lubberts via a split decision in his lone appearance with Titan Fighting Championship at Titan FC 54. He defeated UFC veteran John Howard via unanimous decision at Xtreme MMA 4 Black Magic.

In his second appearance with the UFC on the preliminary card of UFC 278, he defeated AJ Fletcher via unanimous decision. The win earned Loosa the third decision victory of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the UFC banner in the process. Aggressive from the outset, Loosa is a 170 pound man of steel who fights until the last shot rings true with victory only on his mind!
