Today, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), Real Fight Inc. (RFI) and DAZN officially announced the key media partners selected to broadcast the long-awaited match-up between international superstar Jake “The Problem Child” Paul and combat sports icon Nate Diaz at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas on Saturday, August 5th. Paul vs. Diaz will also feature a co-main bout between the undisputed featherweight champion Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano, who is putting all of her belts on the line for the first time against former WBO featherweight title holder Heather “The Heat” Hardy. With fans around the world eagerly awaiting the historic night of fights, MVP and RFI are proud to announce that alongside DAZN, ESPN+ PPV and FITE.tv, among others, will distribute Paul vs. Diaz in their respective regions.
UNITED STATES: ALongside being broadcast live on DAZN PPV in an unprecedented agreement, MVP and DAZN have partnered with ESPN, and Top Rank to bring Paul vs. Diaz to audiences on ESPN+ PPV in the United States. Additionally, the event will be available via all major cable and satellite pay-per-view providers, including DIRECTV, Dish Network, and iNDEMAND, the largest distributor of pay-per-view and on-demand programming in North America via its network of all the top cable and telco operators, including Xfinity, Spectrum, Contour, Fios, Optimum and on its streaming service PPV.COM. The pay-per-view will be priced at $59.99 and will stream live starting at 8PM ET / 5PM PT.
CANADA: Alongside DAZN, FITE.tv are digital distributors of the Paul v. Diaz pay-per-view in Canada. The event will also be available via all major cable and satellite pay-per-view providers, including iNDEMAND via Rogers, Bell, Shaw, SaskTel and TELUS and on its streaming service PPV.COM.
AUSTRALIA: Alongside DAZN, FITE.tv, Fetch, and Foxtel will distribute the Paul v. Diaz pay-per-view in Australia.

In the main event, MVP’s Jake “The Problem Child” Paul faces off against Real Fight Inc’s Nate Diaz over 10 rounds contested at 185 lbs.
In the co-main, undisputed featherweight world champion, Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano will put all her belts on the line against former WBO featherweight title holder Heather “The Heat” Hardy across 10 rounds contested at 126 lbs.
Chris Avila will be facing fellow MMA star Jeremy “Lil Heathen” Stephens in an 6-round matchup contested at 168 lbs.
Undefeated top prospect lightweight H20 Sylve will face off with the much more experienced veteran lightweight William “Baby Face” Dos Santos Silva over 8 rounds contested at 135 lbs.
Shadasia Green, the mandatory challenger for the undisputed super middleweight title, will fight Olivia Curry, who boasts a decisive five-bout winning streak, over 10 rounds at 168 lbs.
Former WBC Continental Americas Welterweight Champion Alan Sanchez will take on 17-1 Angel Beltran Villa in an 8-round welterweight bout at 147 lbs.
