As is the case with every LFA event in Minnesota, the local talent on display has proven to be an appetizer in a full-course meal of professional MMA action. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to the newest cold-eyed anaconda ready to put an icy squeeze on featherweights as the latest debutant for the organization. A professional mixed martial artist since January 2024 and representing Start BJJ, Taner Trembley owns a 1-0 record with his one and only victory in the professional ranks coming via submission. He has a single first-round finish under his belt during his career in the professional ranks with a time of two minutes and 11 seconds. Trembley has spent his whole professional career with Legacy Fighting Alliance and has never gone to the scorecards at any point over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. He is 1-0 under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner with one finish in his lone appearance with the organization. His only finish during his career as a professional mixed martial artist has been inside the opening round. All of Trembley’s victories during his time in the professional ranks have come in the span of five minutes or less.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the preliminary card of LFA 174, he faced Dylan Smerillo and went on to submit him via rear-naked choke in the first round. The win scored Trembley the first submission victory of his professional career along with his first first-round finish. He also picked up his first win as a professional in addition to securing victory number one under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner in the process. Once Trembley wraps an opponent up tight, the writing is on the wall!
