Wherever they happen to be in the world, Cage Warriors always finds a way to deliver the best regional talent from all parts of the United Kingdom. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a shamrock of shimmering stock and high ceiling ready to supersize the brightness of his star at middleweight on April 6 at Cage Warriors 170 in a card rich with the Emerald Isle’s best at Dublin’s RDS. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2023 and representing Fight Academy Ireland, Jordan O’ Neill holds a 2-0 record comprised of one submission and one decision. He has fought for Full Contact Contender and Almighty Fighting Championship. The lone finish during O’ Neill’s professional career has come inside the opening round with a time of two minutes and 47 seconds. He has gone to the scorecards once during his career in the professional MMA ranks sweeping them clean across the board on that occasion. O’ Neill has one first-round finish in two professional appearances under his belt.
In his professional MMA debut at Almighty Fighting Championship 30, he submitted Joe Ambler via guillotine choke in round one to secure his first submission win as a professional. Then in his only appearance with Full Contact Contender on the main card of FCC 35, O’ Neill defeated Charles Joyner via unanimous decision. The victory scored O’ Neill the first decision win of his professional career along with his only win under the Full Contact Contender banner. He also picked up his second victory overall as a professional in the process. For his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 170 on April 6, he will face Italy’s Francesco Mazzeo in a battle between undefeated middleweights. Other Irishmen to be featured on Cage Warriors 170 will include Taka Mhandu, Solomon Simon and Adam Shelley. Good luck Jordan!
