Regional promotions from coast to coast have continued to play an important role in changing the mixed martial arts landscape as we know it today. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a hellraiser of Jersey fire and East Coast sizzle ready to keep his engine running at peak performance for Cage Fury Fighting Championship as one of the organizations sensational stablemates for his willingness to play either the hometown hero with everything to gain or the spoiling villain with nothing to lose.  A professional mixed martial artist since October 2020 and representing The Institute Muay Thai Gym, Frank Wells holds a 5-4 record in nine contests comprised of three decisions and two knockouts. He has spent his entire tenure as a professional MMA fighter with Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Wells has spent his whole career in the United States. Both of his finishes during his career as a professional mixed martial artist have been inside the distance. All of his decision wins over the course of his professional journey have resulted in unanimous verdicts.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner at CFFC 86, he faced Joshua Vann and knocked him out in the third round. Wells defeated William Rentz via unanimous decision at CFFC 104. Then at CFFC 108, he defeated Damion Nelson via unanimous decision. Wells defeated Unterio Gladney via technical knockout in the second round at CFFC 124 to secure his second knockout win as a professional.

At CFFC 128, he defeated Robert Wusstig via unanimous decision. The win earned Wells the third decision victory of his professional career. He also picked up his fifth win inside the professional ranks in the process. Wells is a feisty junkyard hound that definitely relishes the freedom of the open road after countless months on the clock with backbreaking labor!
