Three of the UK’s most exciting experts in BJJ join forces

Three of the UK’s most exciting experts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), will join forces this autumn for a dramatic crowd-pleaser supported by Sportshotels.com, the rapidly expanding, UK-based sports accommodation specialist.

 

The first-of-its-kind Autumn BJJ Camp, which will be a magnet for Jiu Jitsu and MMA fans from across the UK, will run from October 13 to 15 and will be buzzing with ideas and concepts to help practitioners hone their skills.

 

The two days of seminars and hands-on tuition will not only underline the principles of the Gentle Art, but will create a space and a camaraderie which will let fighters build new connections and spark lifelong friendships.

 

The excitement has been heightened by the announcement of the names of the three fantastic coaches who will lead the event hosted by Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa, a charming four-star destination venue in Kent. They are:

Ross Nicholls

Ross Nicholls

Ross Nicholls, widely regarded as one of the top British and European competitors of his generation. He is head coach and owner of London Grapple. Ross is a BJJ black belt and a member of the Roger Gracie Academy, and he took 1st place in the Abu Dhabi Combat Club European Trials in 2018.

Eoghan O’Flanagan

Eoghan O’Flanagan, who is considered the best grappler in Europe and 5th best in the world in the under 88kg division. As co-founder and co-head coach of the Submission Grappling Club, he has over 20 years of experience in the sport and more than 10 years’ teaching experience.

Paul McGinty

Paul McGinty, is a multiple-time Jiu-Jitsu champion and is head coach and owner of Canterbury-based gym Silverbacks MMA. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and achieved a great deal of success in his fighting career. He has been a medalist at IBJJF tournaments and the Adu Dhabi world professional Jiu Jitsu tournament.
