Anthony Pettis vs Alex Morono added to Dec 19 Fight Night

With Leon Edwards testing positive for Covid-19, it would appear the UFC has scrapped the bout with Khamzat Chimaev completely. To make up for the empty slot, UFC has scheduled a fight between Pettis and Morono.

Pettis told ESPN’s Brett Okamoto that he is in Vegas and has been training. He told Okamoto that he couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

Pettis last stepped into the octagon in May at UFC 249 where he defeated Donald Cerrone via decision. In his last five, Pettis is 2-3.

Morono last fought just over two weeks ago where fought Rhys Mckee to a decision win. In his last five, Morono is 4-1. That defeat come at the hands of Khoas Williams.

What do you make of the recent positive testings? Do you have Pettis or Morono? Let us know.
