UFC fighter Ronda Rousey likes to have as much sex as possible before a fight.
Rousey, who is widely considered the number one pound-for-pound female fighter in the world, was asked how long she thought a fighter should abstain for before a bout.
She replied: “For girls, it raises your testosterone, so I try to have as much sex as possible before I fight.”
Rousey is set to face Holly Holm at UFC 193 in Melbourne. Meanwhile, other prominent UFC 193 fights include the rematch of the epic Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva fight and Michael Bisping vs. Robert Whittaker.
