With little over 1 month away from the most talked about fight in combat sports UFC  lightweight champion Conor McGregor vs undefeated Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather Jnr.

Everyone and anyone has given their opinion on the fight ,most believing it will be a one-sided affair in Mayweathers favour giving McGregor little chance of causing an upset.

One man who has been in the octagon with McGregor and felt first hand his power is former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alverez gave his thoughts on the fight,

“Conor has about three or four rounds to get this done,” former opponent Eddie Alvarez told 5ive Rounds Podcast (via MMAFIGHTING). “Within those four rounds, if you don’t think Conor can knock this guy out, you’re an idiot or you just don’t know fighting because it can very well happen. If he doesn’t get it done by then, then it could look very one-sided. The technical boxing of Floyd Mayweather is enough to make it look really one-sided for him. But Conor, there is a very real chance that he can put him away.”

Even with Conors undoubted skills  will fighting a world-class undefeated boxer of Mayweathers calibre prove a step to far or can Conor shock the world, all will be revealed on the 26th of august at  T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
