Many a Legacy Fighting Alliance alumni have used their respective times on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series as stepping stones to phase two on their own MMA paths be it Bellator MMA or otherwise. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a gouging jackhammer whose speedy shiftiness at the drop of a dime has Bellator MMA’S ranks at light heavyweight turned to full blast. A professional mixed martial artist since January 2016 and representing St. Charles MMA, Julius Anglickas owns an 8-1 professional record in nine bouts comprised of four submissions, three knockouts, and one decision. Prior to his Bellator MMA debut at Bellator 233 in November 2019, Anglickas fought for Legacy Fighting Alliance and appeared on week eight during the third installment of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2019. He has finished seven of his eight wins thus far in his tenure as a pro-MMA fighter with a single victory making it the full 15 minutes. He is currently 1-0 under the Bellator MMA banner.

In his MMA debut, he defeated Eric Crittendon via TKO in the first round. Anglickas also defeated Mike Doss via TKO in round three at Shamrock FC 280. Then in his debut fight for Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 42, he faced Erick Murray and tapped him out in the third round via rear-naked choke. Anglickas also submitted Braden Erdman via rear-naked choke in the first round. He knocked out Rashid Abdullah in round one. In the main event of LFA 60 Anglickas tapped out Clayton York via rear-naked choke in round two.

At Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series week eight of season three, he submitted DWTNCS season one alumni Karl Reed via rear-naked choke in the third round to pick up his fourth submission win as a professional. In his debut outing with Bellator MMA at Bellator 233 Anglickas defeated Jordan Young via unanimous decision to earn the first decision victory of his professional career along with his first win in Bellator MMA. On the ground or on the feet this jackhammer doesn’t stop swinging til an opponent becomes pulverized into dust!
