Having built an impressive 7-1 record with Fight Nights Global, Zhalgas ‘Zhako’ Zhumagulov made his UFC debut July 12th 2020 at UFC 251; the Kazakhstani lost the bout to Raulian Paiva via unanimous decision. Holding a 1-3 promotional record, Zhumagulov’s only victory inside the octagon is a first round submission of Jerome Rivera at UFC 264. The 33-year-old, fighting out of Aktobe, Kazakhstan, last fought at UFC Vegas 44, in a first round TKO loss to Manel Kape. Zhumagulov enters UFC Fight Night 211 holding a professional record of 14-6.
