Max Rohskopf and Erick Sanchez are to lock horns when Cage Warriors returns to San Diego this summer.
The pair – whose lightweight bout was originally targeted for March 4th – will instead clash at CW 139, which is set for Humphreys by the Bay on Friday, June 10th.
It’s a first Cage Warriors outing for Team Alpha Male’s Sanchez, who will aim to halt the progress of the NCAA Division 1 wrestler as he bids for a third consecutive CW win since his debut for the organisation last August.
Tickets for CW 139 – the fourth Cage Warriors event to be held in California in less than a year – are now available, with many more fights still to be announced.
Another lightweight match-up, which will see Cesar ‘Cubby’ Gonzalez face Jamey Lynch, has also been booked for the card.
“Max, Cesar and Jamey have already demonstrated their talent to us, so I’m sure the fans will be delighted to see them back in the yellow gloves on June 10th,” said Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan.
“Erick has also shown what he’s capable of elsewhere, so we’re very pleased to be welcoming him into the fold for our return to San Diego. These are two excellent match-ups to lay the foundations for another very exciting card.”
