UFC middleweight fighter Sean Strickland recently shared that actress Megan Fox sent him an intense and angry social media message over comments he had made about her children. Strickland revealed this during an appearance on the podcast “Verse Us With Eric Nicksick,” where he opened up about various topics in his typically blunt and controversial style.
During the podcast, Strickland explained that he’s a huge fan of Fox, but his admiration didn’t stop him from criticising her. He mentioned that Fox’s message came after he had made some offensive remarks about her children’s clothing, specifically referencing their gender expression, which led to online bullying. According to Strickland, Fox responded fiercely, defending her kids and stating they simply wanted to dress like rockstars.
Strickland admitted that he realized it was wrong to target her children and agreed to stop discussing them. However, he didn’t hold back from criticizing Fox herself, taking jabs at her unconventional lifestyle. He sarcastically remarked, “You still drink blood and do a lot of weird stuff, Megan,” referring to rumours about her personal life.
Strickland also took shots at Fox’s fiancé, musician Machine Gun Kelly. He recalled a past incident at a Power Slap event where he encountered MGK. Strickland mocked his appearance, making fun of his painted nails, purse, and what he described as a “vampire trench coat.” He even joked that he was confused by MGK’s style, saying he asked himself, “Are you a gay vampire?”
Strickland thought the situation might escalate into a physical altercation before Fox stepped in. UFC president Dana White later addressed the situation, commenting on Strickland’s unpredictable nature, saying, “You can’t bring Sean Strickland around other human beings.”
While Strickland might be a fan of Megan Fox, it seems the feeling is far from mutual.
