Abdisalam Uulu Kubanychbek arrived at BRAVE Combat Federation and made a huge splash, with two very convincing and dominant victories. Now, the truly global promotion announced that “Omok”, as he’s also known as, will be part of the promotion’s debut card in Russia, BRAVE CF 46, scheduled for January 19.
Kubanychbek’s opponent is yet to be revealed but it’s expected to be a huge challenge after the Kyrgyz superstar proved his capabilities over the last two performances.
At BRAVE CF 32, back in December 2019, during BRAVE CF’s show in his home country of Kyrgyzstan, Kubanychbek knocked out Brazil’s João Paulo Rodrigues and got himself a long-term deal with the Bahrain-based promotion.
More recently, at the very last card put together by BRAVE Combat Federation in 2020, BRAVE CF 45, which also closed the “Kombat Kingdom” series, Omok got yet another knockout, this time finishing Vagif Askerov in the very first round.
In his professional career, Kubanychbek holds a record of 16 wins and only three losses and is currently on an 8-win streak. The Kyrgyz star is undefeated since 2017.
BRAVE CF 46 takes place in beautiful Sochi, Russia, on January 16th, in partnership with Krepost Selection. The main event of the evening will mark the first title defense for the Super Lightweight Champion Eldar Eldarov, against an opponent to be announced.
In addition, some of the top Russian fighters have been confirmed for action, such as Roman Bogatov, Konstantin Erokhin, and Ali Bagautinov.
