Bisping v Evans Rematch in the works for UFC London

While not confirmed yet, its being reported that a rematch between Michael Bisping and Rashad Evans is being considered for the main event at UFC London in March.

Evans and Bisping clashed at UFC 78 at Light Heavyweight, Evans won by split decision and inflicted the very first defeat on Bisping’s pro record. Now 30-9 Bisping is on a two fight losing skid, losing his UFC Middleweight title to GSP at UFC 217 and a quick turnaround fight to Kelvin Gastelum.

Evans 19-7-1, meanwhile is also on a recent slump himself, losing his last 4 fights, the last two at Middleweight.

Bisping has reportedly turned down a rematch with Vitor Belfort, this fight however would probably be more appealing, while Evans desperately needs a win to stay relevant. If the fight happens it might be that both never fight again, Bisping has already said this will be his final fight, while another loss will surely convince Evans its time to leave the sport also.
